I don't know if this actually helps pain in the wrist, arm, elbow, or shoulder, but it looks great as a piece of jewelry.

I purchased this for a golfing friend who has a history of achy back muscles. Not only was she pleased with the looks of the bracelet but during the time she has been wearing it (about a month now), it seems to be helping. Time will tell but so far so good. If it doesn't help with the back, it's at least nice to look at.
